• KYC documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure or the completion of the relevant transaction.

• Marketing consent records: Retained until you withdraw consent or for three (3) years from the date of last interaction, whichever is earlier.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized so that it can no longer be associated with any individual.

12. Children's Privacy

The jdultra Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are at least 21 years of age. jdultra does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21 years of age. If jdultra becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, such data will be deleted immediately and the associated account will be closed.

13. Cross-Border Data Transfers

jdultra primarily processes and stores personal data within the Republic of the Philippines.
